                  How can you use the "rules for writing" to make
your writing effective and easy to follow? What are the basic rules for grammar, usage,
punctuation, spelling, and paragraphing? Writer's Terms 
                 
                Grammar: The
study of how words and their component parts combine to form sentences. Punctuation: The
use of standard marks and signs in writing and printing to separate
words into sentences, clauses, and phrases in order to clarify meaning. Spelling: The
forming of words with letters in an accepted and familiar order.
